Payment is usually made in advance for the entire term, plus a 1-2 month deposit, which will be refunded upon tenancy agreement

IF YOU HAVE A CONTRACT OR INCOME CONFIRMATION IN SPAIN - monthly payments are possible, plus a 1-2 month deposit, which will be refunded upon departure.

Short-term rental:

Up to 3 months of rent

NO NEED FOR SPANISH DOCUMENTS, the price is usually per week plus deposit.

The season starts in June and ends in September in Costa Del Sol. Also many tourists come to Marbella for winter holidays.

Spanish Property Purchase Process

- Obtain NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero)
- Open a Spanish Bank Account
- Find the Ideal Property
- Reservation and Payment of Deposit (€6,000 for Resale, €10,000 for New Development)
- The Seller Submits All Required Documents
- Private Purchase Contract (PPC) & Payment of 10% of the Sale Price
- Transfer the Remaining Balance and Cover Expenses

The Spanish Golden Visa

The Spanish Golden Visa, officially known as the Spain Investor Visa, is a residence permit issued to non-EU citizens who make a significant investment in Spain. This can include:
Purchasing real estate in Spain with a minimum value of €500,000. This can be one unit or multiple properties with a combined value of at least €500,000.
Investing at least €2,000,000 in the Spanish public debt.
